BD Finance declares 10% Stock dividend at its 20th AGM

The 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh Finance and Investment Company Limited (BD Finance) was held at BCIC auditorium, Dhaka on Monday, 27 May 2019. Mr Manwar Hossain Chairman of BD Finance presided over the meeting. In the Meeting the Company has declared 10% Stock dividend to its shareholders for the year ended 2018.

The meeting was attended, among others, by Vice Chairman of the company Mr. Khondker Fazle Rashid, Director Mr. Golam Hafiz Ahmed, Mr. Geasuddin Ahmed, Mr. Ansar Uddin Ahmed, Mr. Md. Abul Quasem , Mr. Yousuf Aman, Mr. Imtiyaj Yousuf, Mr. Ihtiaj Yousuf,  Mr. Tarik Morshed Managing Director & CEO and Mr. Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, Deputy Managing Director. Company Secretary Mr. Munshi Abu Naim ACS conducted the Meeting.

Mr. Md. Sajjadur Rahman Bhuiyan, CFO Mr. A.S.M. Tariqul Islam Head of HRD & Major Khaled Saifullah (Retd) along with other high officials were also present on the occasion. A good number of shareholders attended the meeting.
